PeakPerformance Sports Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PeakPerformance Sports. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

PeakPerformance Sports is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PeakPerformance Sports is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
  • Refunds for shipping charges are not available for returned shipments caused by customer error.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local laws or carrier regulations. PeakPerformance Sports reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped.
